save as

I have records done in Works 6.0 spreadsheet that I want to save to Excel
but works won't let me. Can someone help me?

In Works DB: When I 'save as' I have these choices:
Works DB
Works for Windows 3.0
Works for Windows 2.0
Text & Commas
Text & Tabs
dBase IV
dBase III

Works DB sounds like the Database component of Works--not the spreadsheet
component.

But excel (xl2002 for sure) can read those dBase III and IV files. It can also
read the comma separated values and tab delimited files.

I don't know enough about works, but can you save it as a spreadsheet within
Works--then save as a .xls file?

A little experimentation and you'll soon find out what works (no pun intended)
for you. And then you'll be excelling (pun intended) like you want!
