I can save the calendar as a web page, I would like to know if it's possible
to do this automatically? i.e. when shutting down Outlook

I have a small network with a intranet web site and want to publish the
calendar to the web site, I can do this successfully with excel and hope it
can be done with Outlook

Thanks

Not natively - you probably can using some programming set to run on
shutdown. Post in one of the programming groups for Outlook and you have a
better chance of getting an authoritative answer.

Could you please suggest a outlook programming group? I had a quick look and
could not see anything relevant, I'm assuming that I could do this with a
macro or VB code?

Thanks
