Save as picture - any alternative?

Sad to see "save as picture" no longer a right click option in Outlook 2007.
Is there a good alternative?

Copy and paste results in many more steps and large scrap files.
 
Hi Mary - we meet again!

I tried File, Save Attachments. They were greyed out.

I wonder if someone has written one of those little applications that
restore menu options?
