"Save As" options

I have IE 6 but I see at the Save As option, only
the:
HTML file and
Text file
I dont see the : as Web Page !!!
This otions are for IE4 !!!
What happened ?
How can I resolve this ?

This is not the cause because I have the OE6 installed.
Also I have another problem :

Every time I start my computer , I get an Internet Browser screen
which states that the URL cannot be found.
It looks for the IE4 Tour:
res://C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SHDOCLC.DLL/dnserror.htm#res://ie4tour.dll/welcome.h
tm
I have never had IE4 !!!
