Save As Export Feature/Reports

I have a bunch of reports and when the user previews the report, the user
would then like to Save As Export to another format such as Rich Text
Format. The problem is that the user is working from a .mde file, and
apparently in .mde mode, the Save As Export feature is disabled. Is there
any other way I can allow the user to save the reports or is there a way to
enable the save as feature in .mde mode?

Hi Salisha,

Create a macro(s) that uses the OutPutTo action and give
your users the ability to run it/them from a button on a
Form.
