"Save As" dialog box

When I try to save a picture, I right click on it and when
the "Save As" dialog box pops up all of my folders are in
reverse alphabetical order. They used to be in
alphabetical order. If I right click in the box I
can "arrange by name", and it changes the list to an
alphabetical list, but once you close the box, it goes
back to the reverse order the next time I go to save.

Do you know if it's possible to stop the "Save As" dialog box from opening
in thumbnail view saving pictures? It freezes up my computer for about 5
minutes whenever I try to save a picture because it's opening the thumbnail
images.
