Save and import settings

I want to move my Outlook settings to another installation. This includes all
preferences and (or at least) ALL of my own e-mail accounts (especially the
latter). I have a lot of e-mail accounts and I don't want to have to go
through that process again of setting them up.

Is there a way to export and import this data? Or even just copy certain
files over from one of the Outlook folders in Documents and Settings (I
thought I had tried this in the past without success)?
