| It turns out that Chris had the clue... The Save All command does not become
| active unless there are unsaved changes on a page.

| The tutorial instructed me to first save the page - then use the save all
| command to make sure there are no forgotten changes elsewhere in the site.

| It doesn't work like that. If you save your work with the save button, and
| there are no remaining changes, the Save All command remains dimmed! Not like
| other save commands.
