Hi

Does anyone know how I can save Access reports as PDF documents? I know I
can do this using an add-in that comes as part of Crustal Reports but I was
hoping for a cheaper solution if possible.

Any suggestions appreciated.

GhostScript/GhostView is free and will allow you to convert any
printable material to PDF format. More convenient, but slightly more
expensive ($9.95), is pdf995 (www.pdf995.com). Recommended!

Any PDF printer driver will let you manully save a report to a PDF file.
Win2pdf is my favorite.

We sell code to automate the process. Let's say you want to create 1000 pdf
files 1 for each customer etc...
