Save a record in Snap shot format

I need to create a button which is allow the user to click
and save the current record in the snapshot format in
C:\POSnapshot dir for use to attache to email.
Anyone has a sample code?

AFAIK, the only type of object that can be exported as a snapshot is a
report.

The snapshot format has some fairly yucky drawbacks anyway. Far better to
install a free or cheap PDF writer.
