sasync.dll and wupdate.exe

Hi - my system recently started taking several minutes to
boot up. When it does, I get an advisory box saying I'm
missing "sasync.dll", and when I shut it down, another
box telling me to wait while "wupdate.exe" runs. Any idea
what this is really trying to tell me? Thanks -

This behavior is typically due to a startup program hanging. One
reference to sasync is the Symbian OS used in some devices like cell
phones and PDAs. Check each startup program in Run Command:
msconfig...Startup Tab. Use this site to determine if the program
should be running at startup:
http://www.pacs-portal.co.uk/startup_content.php. Sanync.dll returns
nothing from Google. Run Spybot or Ad-Aware in case it is a malware
program.

Go to windows update and download the latest windows updater to take
care of the wupdate.exe problem.
