SAS Proxy Error

When I log on to Internet Explorer I receive an error
indicating "You have tried to access a page that you are
not authorized to display and were stopped by the SAS
proxy". What can be causing this? Is this a setting in
Internet Explorer that I need to change?

This worked for one user on this forum.

Click on TOOLS, then INTERNET OPTIONS, then the CONNECTIONS tab, then select
LAN SETTINGS, UNCHECK the box that says USE A PROXY SERVER. Click OK, click
OK, close your IE, and re-open
