Sanyo projector remote

This is a bit off subject; more hardware oriented but I'm having a tough
time finding a source.....

I need to find a replacement remote for a Sanyo PLC-XP30 projector...Sanyo
themselves have given me a list of prospective dealers, but none of them
have it....

Does anyone know a good source for projector remotes, and/or whether 3rd
party (aftermarket) remotes will work?
