Santa left me with a dud...please help

Hi and merry xmas. I bought myself a lovely new pc for
xmas. However when i turned it on iwas asked 2 type in the
authenticity number. As i began typing I noticed a
problem. Characters 0 1 and 5 dont work. I have checked
the pins and changed keyboard with the same response. The
crowd i bought it off arent open til monday, please is u
can help advise do thanks

There's very little you can do until you can talk to the vendor
about warranty support. Other than trying another keyboard, there's
nothing we can suggest to fix what is clearly a hardware problem.

And so the christmas present computer problems begin to
start...........
 
Use the help button on the window, it will open a display
with only the numbers and letters that are used for the
product key/authenticity numbers, you just click the mouse
on them.
