Can anyone direct me to a good source(s) to familar myself with
SandBoxes (used for anti-virus activities).

basically in a sandbox things are run on an emulated environment to see
if they perform any virus-like actions (most notably, self-replication)...

you could look at http://www.norman.com/technical_sandbox_faq.shtml ...
not necessarily about sandboxes in general but rather about the one
implemented by them...

I think Aladdin had a sandbox called esafe at one time.
