Hi All,

We have a problem with one of our user's on the domain where special access
is granted to users who use a USB stick.

The problem is he cannot see the USB stick in "My Computer" although it
detects the USB device when it is plugged into the machine without any
problems. The user has inserted the USB device into another machine and can
access it through "My Compter" successfully. Other USB sticks work on his
machine ok using his own profile and other users profiles. If somone else
logs into his machine using their own profile it works ok.

Please could someone help us

try
Start
Run
type
diskmgmt.msc
click OK
see if the USB key is in there and if so try right clicking on it and adding
a drive letter to it.
