samsung stalls when synching

I have a sumsung t7jx. in "my computer" and in windows media, it transfers
one song, stalls for about 30 seconds and then proceeds to the next. it is
not the player. i've tried it on other computers and it is fine. i have
some settings wrong in the computer i guess, not in windows media. can
anyone help me? i usually don't give up, but i'm thinking of taking it back.
awesome sound, so i don't want to. thank you in advance.
 
Have you checked Samsung's website for tech support and/or updated drivers?
 
I have the same problem syncing 1 song can take up to 60 seconds. However,
my wife has one she got last year that is silver 512MB and it's fine. This
is my FOURTH one and after talking with tech support at Samsung they said the
Best Buy I got them at may have a bad batch. I'm thinking when they changed
to the blue one something went wrong. I tried loading firmware and it
crashed one I had. Have you tried this and it worked? I even tried a
Creative MP3 player and it synched way fast. I thought it was because we had
two of the same Samsung players, but that's not the problem either. Do you
have the 512 or 1 GB? I'm wondering if the 1GB does this or not?
