I'd appreciate any help.
I have two Samsung laser printers (ML-1740 and ML-2010), which have both
worked well on several home PCs for a year now.
I just bought a new XP laptop, and can't get either to directly install. If
I network them (i.e., they're hooked up to another PC in the house), they
print just fine.
For whatever reason, my new Sony Vaio laptop XP can't get a driver
installed. I've used the Samsung CD, deleted hardware, and reinstalled, and
I keep getting a question mark in Device Manager next to the printer (either
one), and a printer that doesn't work.
I've never had this type of problem before, and would welcome any help.
Many thanks.
