Very much impressed with the reviews of the NC10 netbook.

However what I would I like to know is, would Championship Manager would run ok on it?

The reason I ask is that I do a lot of travelling and dont really want to cart around a relatively heavy laptop.

I know about RAM upgrades but I am still not sure whether to take the plunge

Any advice would be grateful

Processor: 1.6-GHz Intel Atom N270
RAM: 1 GB DDR2 RAM
Chipset: Intel 945 GSE Express
Integrated Graphics: Intel GMA 950 64 MB VRAM
Hard Drive: 120 GB HDD, 5400 RPM

I think it could do... but only just. The sticking point would be the graphics, but I think if it says "Intel 82915G/82910GL or better" then it should run on the 945.

If you want to play it with a good level of graphics detail then you'd need to get something with a better onboard graphics card.

NC10 specs are:

10.2" Wide, 1024 x 600 WSVGA , 220 nits
Intel Atom processor N270, 1.6 GHz, 533 MHz Front Side Bus, 512 KB Level 2 Cache
160 GB, 2.5" SATA HD, 1 GB DDR2 800 MHz

6-Cell Lithium Ion, Genuine Microsoft XP® Home with Service Pack 3, 1.3 Mega Pixel webcam, Kensington Key Lock, 1 year standard parts and labor, 2.8 lbs

Champ Man 2009's are:
