I have recently bought the above printer. After reading Samsung's
website which claims that this printer supports duplex

http://www.samsung.com/uk/products/printsolutions/monoprinters/ml_2551nxeu.asp?page=Specifications

I installed the printer with no problems. Alas no duplex option is
available in the driver applet. So then I phone Samsung support who
tell me that duplex is only supported on Linux.

Does anyone know how to enable this on windows and why Samsung are
clearly lying on their website?

The ML-2551N supports duplex, I am using duplex on ML-2551N every day at
work.
On the printer near toner save is duplex button, you might need to press it
once. Maybe you have problems with drivers it must work 100%.

Samsung seem to have completely reissued a new printer with the exact
same model number. So the version I have doesn't seem to have duplex at
all. Looks like the support guy lied to me also. The link on their UK
website is out of date and the ML-2251 N now looks like the ML-2251 N
on their US website with only one button on the front. Looks like I've
been mislead by Samsung as well as lied to.

Could it be a part number confusion? They have two different printers
with very close numbers:
ML-2251N - lower performance printer aimed at home offices

ML-2551N - small workgroup printer - looks a bit like the HP LaserJet
4000/4100 series - has duplexing built in

The 'N' in the names signifies these are the network printer versions,
i.e. they have an ethernet port.
