samsung digital cam sd103

I have been trying to download movies . the computer does not recognize my
cam. shows a pic but says try again!! I have Nero's new program and windows
movie maker ..neither will capture my movie...I had samsung software but
misplaced. A computer bud just put a new dvd writer on and cleaned up so I'm
wondering if I have to buy another cd from samsung.GRdee

How are you connecting the camcorder to the PC... firewire or USB. If USB,
try firewire.
