Hi,

I'm not even sure if I should be posting this here but I
hope someone can help me out. I am trying to use Easy CD
Creator v.5 Platinum. When I install it, I am told that
my drive is not supported. Having check the vendor's
site, I find that it is supported. I d/load the relevant
updates. Then I went to Samsung's site and d/loaded the
updates. I am using a Dell Dimension 4500 - Yes, I
d/loaded the updates. I have Win XP, 2.26GHZ Intel 4
processor, and 256 MB RAM. Everything worked with the
basic package included with my pc but this prog doesn't
seem to want to bother. Any ideas or suggestions would be
appreciated. You can mail me at: (e-mail address removed)

Thanks
Nath

.
You may have to contact tech support from Roxio for the
Platinum version. Did you get the Platinum version on a
CD? Did you uninstall the Roxio version 5.1 that came
with the Dell originally? The two versions may be in
conflict with each other. Check it out!
