Is the drive found by the BIOS? What do you see in Device Manager for
the CDROM drives and IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers?

Yes, located in BIOS, CD Rom is not found in device manager. IDE controls
read "Primary" and "Secondary" both "working properly"

CD found in BIOS. Not found in Devise manager. IDE controllers read
"Primary" and "Secondary" both working properly.
