Well it happened...I buy a Samsung 204T LCD and it was perfect until
12/312005 when a black/blue line started to show across the screen.
After haggling with Samsung customer service agent who appeared to
know nothing...I had to put $ 1000 on hold on my credit card, and was
promised a refurbished same monitor within 7 to 10
days.................I am supposed to return my monitor within 20
days.
Well we see what happens.................they did send an e mail with
the postage on the return monitor.
I am waiting for the monitor................to return mine.
