Same workgroup, different databases

I have two identical databases (one copy of another) conected to the same
workgroup. When I set the access level for a group only works in one
database, the other don't share the access level. ¿Anybody knows why? ¿How
can I do it?

Just because you think the databases are identical, does not mean they are.
They are two separate databases. You would need to make the changes in both
databases. Or, make the changes in one, then make a copy of it.

The security permissions for each object are stored in the database file,
not the workgroup information file. If you make changes to permissions in
one database and want to have the other database have the same permissions,
then you could use Sandra Daigle's utility to script the permissions and
apply them on another database of identical structure. Please see the
