Same user two different versions of Outlook

I have a situation where a user has Outlook 2003 on an XP desktop, and
Outlook 2007 on a Vista laptop. Exchange is 2003 (in SBS, if that makes a
difference)
My question is what kind of interoperability problems am I going to
encounter? I can find a lot of information on Outlook with different versions
of Exchange, but nothing on different versions of Outlook with Exchange.
 
I have Outlook 2003 on my desktop and Outlook 2007 on my Tablet working
against an Exchange 2003 server and I've seen no issues.
