I thought it would be helpful as to what the pop up says. As this option is
available on the other user profile on the computer. This is what the pop up
says:

The pop up says

060512_0959 (E:)

Windows can perform the same action each time you insert a disk or connect a
device with this kind of file:
Dvd movie

what would you like windows to do??

at this point i have a list of programs to use
play dvd video using power dvd
play dvd video using windows media player
open folder to view files
take no action

Is this a follow-up to some other message? If so, I have no idea what it's
about. Don't start a new thread to do this, but reply to the original
message (and quote it) so we can understand what this is about.

I have somehow disabled the ability to choose what program I would like to
run a movie or music. I am also unable to retrieve my pictures from my
digital camera. I no longe get the pop up that says get picture from
camera.
So I desperatly need help I would like the option back again, to be able to
choose what program I use someone please help me. Thank you!!
