Same spyware and browser mods keep reappearing

Hi,
Just recently downloaded the antispy but the same spyware
keeps coming up no matter how may times i run the antispy.

these are the 3 items-

Threat Level: High

Unclassified.Spyware.41
Type: Spyware
Threat Level: High

Cool Search
Type: Spyware
Threat Level: High

Frank, The one item is a trojan virus that needs and anti-virus program to
