Same settings each user

I'd like to set up Windows 2000 computers so that each user and any
new user would have the same screen saver (corporate standard) and use
the same default printer.

Surely there's a way, but I haven't stumbled across it yet.

For new users, configure the default profile at
HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop
