Same PTR records for different hosts

I have the 'Discard forward (name-to-address) lookups when
lease expires' enabled but still see the same PTR record
for different hosts. How can I rectify this?

Enable Scavenging on the reverse zone. That should take care of it. Just use
the defaults.
