Your best bet is to uninstall Office AND delete the Microsoft Office
directory under Program Files. Reboot. Then reinstall it. Make sure you go
the Custom install route and make sure that ALL the options you want
installed are selected. It's a pain, but well worth it in the long run. If
you have the hard drive space, make sure those options are selected to "Run
from Computer or hard drive". Same with Office XP.
