Still have the same problem with 'send to'.Screen freezes when I click on
'sen to'.

Click Start | Run | Type: %userprofile%\sendto
Move all the shortcuts outside the folder then try Send to menu. If it works then
restore the shortcuts one-by-one and see which one is causing the problem. If it
still doesn't works then try this( i'm not sure if this will work) :
Start | Run | Type:
regsvr32 shell32.dll
