Same problem here...

I upgraded from Outlook 2003 to 2007. Everything went fine and the
program worked for a couple weeks. Then one day I opened Outlook and
it wont send emails any more. It just says "Cannot send this item."
My email is an Exchange account and it retrieves all my emails,
calenders and contacts from the Exchange server fine, it just wont
send emails. I ran the diagnostics as well as running the repair from
the add/remove software icon in the control panel. No luck! I am
running Windows XP SP2.

You may not be aware that you are actually posting to a global Usenet
Newsgroup, so no-one knows what "same problem" you are referring to.

I suggest that as you are on Exchange you contact your Exchange Admin?
