I'm not sure how to explain what I'm inquiring about. Used to be, that when
I clicked on a link someone sent me, a new I.E. page would open up; now it
"overrides" the present page. There must be a setting for this.
TIA,
Joy

If you're referring to a link in an OE6 message, it's a bug with no known
fix., Joy.

But why would it have been differently in the past? In other words, in
the past it opened up a new I.E. page.

Hi,
From IE> Tools> Internet Options> Advanced> Browsing> uncheck "Reuse windows
for launching shortcuts."

And/or... do you have a pop-up blocker running? Something like Yahoo
Companion or Google toolbar?

Thanks, Don, I've unchecked that. I have the pop up blocker that comes with
WinXP.

Thanks again, Don. The removing the check that you suggested the first time
seems to be working; but I'll save this article "just in case".

Joy,
See this article:

Use the Windows 2000 instructions.

If that's not the fix, post back.
