Same for all accounts even if new one created...

....I have added about 5 users to the PC and everytime a user logs in for
the first time, I have to go in and change all the settings to my
liking.
Is there something I can use that will allow me (as Administrator) to
make all the changed I like on one account and then apply those to all
accounts (and future ones) made?
