Same Email messages

Have Windows Vista, Windows Mail.
Receive emails to my name from people I do not know about certain items.
How do i get rid of them all together. I block them but they still keep
coming..
 
It's called spam. Everyone gets spam emails. About all you can do
is to delete them.
 
I know that they are spam. Is there a way to stop them? I guess not...

Spammers keep changing their 'From' addresses, so a
Blocked Senders list is a waste of time and resources.

Ask your ISP if they offer server level spam blocking.
Or you could change to a different mail provider who does offer
server level spam blocking.

There used to be some excellent third party anti-spam tools that
worked well with Outlook Express, but I don't know whether any
of these have been updated for Vista. One of those, called K9,
is reviewed here:
