same dba different look and info

i created a dba and put it on a shared drive. there are 3
users that access this dba. for some reason, when user 2
or 3 enter data, user 1 is unable to see it. Also, user
1's reports print out with a grey background, user 2 and 3
print out fine. I tried looking that the properties of
the report, but they are fine. it's not password
protected and there are no user accounts to it, any
suggestions???

Are user 2 and/or two opening it exclusively?

Do they all have the same version of Access and Windows?

Have you split the database? This is really a good idea.

Do all the uses have the same access rights to the file and folder
(read-write-create-delete etc.)
