Here's the deal.
I'm the official timekeeper for 4 different people who
have some shared events, but also their own distinct
events. At the moment, I am entering everything for each
person under their own calendar. However, I have just
gotten a huge appointment list that applies to each of
them and I really don't feel like entering it in 4
times.
Is there a way to create a common calendar that I can
enter the data into and it will replicate into the other
four? Or is that asking too much? I tried keeping one
calendar for everybody and color coding, but that was
just way too unwieldy.
