Hi,

I'm trying to make life a bit easier for myself and hope you can help.
I have a massive spreadsheet that has a whole load of diverse data on
it. I would like to have a number of different tabs setup that show
customised views of this data sorted by different criteria, but I also
need that data to be updated whenever the main spreadsheet is changed.

Does anyone have any ideas as to how best to achieve this? Any help
is greatly appreciated.

Best Regards,

CalumMurdo,

The best way is to stick with just one sheet of data, and use multiple
macros, each of which sorts or otherwise changes the display of your data. A
set of buttons at the top of the sheet or on a custom commandbar would be
easy to set up and use.

Linking formulas are one option, but they don't sort, sot that really isn't
an option for you, unless you could actually use filtering, which would
work.

Using identical, grouped sheets that are displayed differently with filters
is another option, but that won't work with sorting.

I just thought there might be a better way, oh well, time to get the books out

Thanks for your help
