I am a small business owner. I have been able to create tables/queries/forms
to get the customer info. I am in the process of creating a report for my
customer that I will be using as an invoice. However, what would be the best
way to add sales tax information? I've tried a couple of "small" things but
just don't seem to get the info I'm looking for. Thanks.

Salestax can be pretty simple - or monstrously complicated, depending
on the whim of the legislature of the place or places where the "sale"
legally occurs. Some states have different tax rates in practically
every town, others have one rate for the state as a whole; most states
apply sales tax to some products but not to others (e.g. in some
cases, peanuts are "food" and exempt, but chocolate-coated peanuts are
"candy" and taxable).

Impossible to answer your question *correctly* without knowing a lot
more about your situation!
