Safety Incident Database?

Yes. It's a very powerful database program.

But that's like asking if Word is a good way to write a note. If you know
Access or want to learn it, it's probably a good way for you to do it.
 
Would access make a good database for inputting and tracking safety incidents?

Access is a very flexibile and powerful toolbox.

Sort of like asking if a tool chest containing an assortment of hammers, saws,
drills, etc. could be used to build a kitchen cabinet. Yes... given some
experience and/or expert help.
