Although I have Norton up to date I am a paranoid soul and my mother in law
told me it is a good idea to turn off the preview pane to prevent any more
than the header being seen until you double click. This seems like nonsense
to me, Outlook downloads all and not just the headers doesn't it? Whether
one looks at the contents or not (excluding ruinning exe's of course but
only a ninny would do that) the emails are there, aren't they?
If there is an advantage to turning off the previw pane, what about the Auto
preview? Is it safe to keep that open?
Thanks for any help,
Phil
PS Outloo 2002 as if it made any odds!
