safe to remove cdilla?

what is cdilla and can i get rid of it? i found it in spybot seach&destory,
anyone else find it?

AutoCAD and Adobe use C-dilla now for license verification. If you remove
it, you may not be able to run either of these programs if you have them
installed. You may want to make c-dilla backups or just rename the file
extensions rather than delete - just in case...

C-dilla was such a pain in my neck last year! I won't use TurboTax
again. It's good to know in advance that AutoCAD and Adobe might
cause the same problems. I need to pay more attention to this
stuff. Has anybody heard anything about TaxBrain? That's the
service I'm thinking about using instead this year.
