Safe to delete 'downloaded program files'?

I am wondering if it is safe to delete all of them, some I know are from
trusted sites. If I were to need them again, I could download them once
again, but I mean more for the ones I do not recognise. Thanks!

Hi,
Yes you may remove them all. You're right that if a website needs a
particular object or plugin, it will be offered to you.
