Safe Removal

Hi,

How do I add Safe Removal to the target? Safely Remove Hardware Program is
added, but not showing on target.

Already have them in.

I'm blushing now, the icon is not visible until something is connected...
Difference from Xp.

I hate to say, but on XP Pro I don't see the icon unless some removable
device is connected...
