Is there any really safe registry defragger (say a boot time that really
compacts space on disk) and may speed up registry access?
I use daily a utility that deeply scan the registry so any little gain may
help!

Diskeeper has an option for boot time defrag www.diskeeper.com
.

Any defragmenter can defragment the registry - make it contiguous on the
drive.

I think that he is referring to a registry cleaner that has the ability to
delete entries (creates white space) and then "compact" the registry -
making it smaller on disk.
