Safe Mode

My computer keeps running in safe mode, it's saying that
it has to run this way because something about not
finding a compatible plug and play. I ran Dr. Watson and
that was the response I got there as well(PLUG AND PLAY)
I was trying to run my scanner at the time it occured,
and when it was about to restart it froze and I had to
manually shut it down. When it started back up it said
that the previous job wasn't finished so now it keeps
running in Safe Mode.(HELP!)
 
Hi,

Try stopping UPNP and then restarting the service. To do so go to Admin
Tools/Services and scroll down to Universal Plug and Play.
