Sadly we have had to have one of our cats put down by the vet.
But she was over 20 & had led a good life.

She did have one last go at biting the vet before he could inject her!!
She was a great cat & loyal friend who provided wholesome entertainment over the last 20 years.


I will miss her.
 
Oh I'm so sorry to hear your sad news Feckit :( Having gone through this ourselves from time to time, I know just how much you will be missing her, particularly after having enjoyed so many years together :nod:

It sounds as if she will have left a lasting-impression on the vet, as well as yourselves, good for her :thumb:
 
Cheers folks.

Our other cat seems a bit lost, but a plate of fish perked her up!
Now zonked out with a full tummy after a day sun bathing in the garden.
 
Sorry to hear that feckit - after so long its like losing a family member :(
 
Sad news feckit but take heart in knowing 20 years is a good innings for a cat.

I'm sure you gave her a good life :)
