Is their a quick and easy way to backup my contacts to a word document?
Keep getting up an .spb? file that will not convert?
Just after a printed list of all my contacts before switching over to a new mobile provider?

It can't be that difficult is it????

Still not syncing them then....?!

Can't you going to the settings and merge them with your Google account or similar?

Failing that, I'm sure there's an app that would do it. Its Android not iOS.

I used Super Backup: SMS & Contacts


Once the app was installed I did a backup and e-mailed the .vcf file to myself then used this online tool to convert it to Excel in my case, but you can choose to convert to Word.
