I ammend IE5.5 settings with a regedit /s line in the
login script. This does not work with IE6 unless I remove
the /s which confuses the users. Any idea how I work round
this?

It does work with IE6 (has noithing to do with IE)

Something else is wrong.

Post the regedit /s line and the content of the
..reg file.
